How to make
While your oven is preheating, cut asparagus in 3 pieces so it fits better on the pizza. Also drain the bocconcini mozzarella
When your oven is preheated, take the pizzas out of the freezer and place them on a tray with parchment paper.
Scatter the asparagus, then top it with bocconcini mozzarella and ricotta. You can add a pinch of salt and pepper if you'd like. Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 20-27 minutes. Time will depend on your oven and how golden brown you like your crust.
When it comes out, top it with prosciutto crudo and a drizzle of honey.
