Cheese Dots ghosts

These little ghosts are as fun to make as they are to eat! Perfect for a spooky get-together.

What you need:

- approx. 45cm parchment paper cut into 6 pieces.

- approx. 45cm foil cut in 6 pieces.

- Cheese Dots (we did 5) thawed in the fridge overnight or on the counter for 4 hours.

- a rolling pin.

- a shot glass.

- 2 black olives - pitted.

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.

  2. Using a shot glass as a measurement, crumple the foil inside the shot glass to create a sturdy "body".

  3. Sandwich one Cheese Dot in between 2 sheets of parchment paper and roll it out into a flat disc.

  4. Shape the Cheese Dot, with the parchment paper, on top of the foil body.

  5. Repeat with every Cheese Dot and place them on a baking sheet

  6. Bake Cheese Dots for 15 min.

  7. In the meantime, cut the olives to form little "eyes".

  8. After 15 min, using tweezers, poke holes in the Cheese Dots and place the olive eyes.

  9. Bake for another 7-10 minutes, until slightly brown.

  10. Enjoy your ghosts!
