How can I get my local store to carry Cheese Dots? There are 2 ways: 1) You can print off (or email) the pdf below and bring it to your local store. You could say: "Hi there! I'm a huge fan of Paz Bakery's Cheese Dots and Waffles. They're these amazing frozen treats! They're perfect for a snack or a side and my family absolutely loves them. I accidentally left my Cheese Dots out of the freezer, can I still cook them?As per health guidelines, it is not recommended to thaw food at room temperature. If you've had them out of the fridge or freezer, we cannot guarantee their quality or success when baking. If you left them in the fridge, that is not a problem. You can still bake them following the instructions on the packaging. If they stuck together, you might have to reshape them or you can make tart shells. You can find some inspiration here.
-
Can I cook Cheese Dots in a microwave? It is not recommended to cook any of our products in the microwave as the dough will not behave as intended. You can find other ways to cook them here.

What is Tapioca Starch?Tapioca, also known as cassava or yuca is a naturally gluten-free tuberous root native to Brazil and other tropical countries. Much like a potato, it can be used in many ways. Once the “bark” is peeled it can be boiled, fried, baked, made into flour, or starch. The starch comes from the process of soaking, decanting and drying the Tapioca root.

What kind of cheese do you use?The cheese that gives our products their distinct flavour and aroma is Oka, one of the oldest in Canada. Oka is a Trappist (or monastic) style of cheese created in 1893 in the city of Oka, Quebec. The cheese won first prize at the Montreal Exhibition that same year, and since then, it has become a Canadian classic. You can learn more about it here:
